I spent many years ironing for Mr. Berry (He found it funny that I always addressed him so formally). I soon learned that his shirts weren't just clothes, they represented a day or an occasion in his life. He took such pride in his appearance, often requesting his special white shirt have extra attention for an upcoming function. I got a lovely insight into his life and adventures during many a chat. The honesty and straight talking were so refreshing. Rest in peace Mr. Berry, Best wishes to all the Berry family.
